Default Will stock ly6 throttle body fit sheet metal?

Ok guys. I got my motor in the truck today. I had planed on running an ls3 intake on the 6.0 ly6 but today when I tried to install it I noticed it won't fit because the throttle body hits the alternator and idler. So I'm thinking of getting a sheet metal intake. I found a nice one that recommend a 102mm TB but an electronic 102mm TB is very expensive. So my question is....... can I install the taller sheet metal intake but run the stock 80mm (or whatever it is) TB for now until I can save my pennies? Will any 4 bolt TB work?

you can make the ls3 fit with some relocation hardware. Pretty easy to find.

Stock should be 87mm, yes any 4bolt will fit.
