Question Who can tune a slightly modded 5.7 Vortec?

I know Black Bear does and have heard good things about them, but I emailed them 4 days ago and they've yet to get back with me. I originally sent my PCM to wait4me performance, but what I received was a junk tune so I ended up buying hptuners and with help I had a decent tune, just not perfect. Here's what I have:
  • 2000 2wd Blazer
  • 411 swap
  • 350 Vortec
  • LT4 hotcam
  • LS6 springs
  • CAI
  • Headers
  • True dual flowmaster exhaust with H-pipe
  • No cats
  • Dual e-fans wired to the PCM
  • 180* t-stat
  • 5 speed manual trans
  • 3.42 gears

It has a good amount of power, but I feel the tune isn't just right. I can smell the strong smell of fuel like it's running rich. I've read when you don't run cats this is normal, but it's pretty strong. I'm also getting 15-17mpg.

Anyone have any suggestions on someone who could help me out?

You can post your tune and logs here if you want people to view them and give suggestions to help you.

A wideband is a 100% must here as well, you really have no idea if it's running rich or not without one. Fuel trims can help some but once you are in PE you have no clue what the AFR is really like.

Thanks. I have the current tune, but the last wideband scan I did was with a different tune. The wideband was a friends, but he sold all his tuning stuff now so I no longer have access to it.

Nevertheless here's the current tune:

I offer remote email tuning if you want someone to tune it that responds to emails and answers questions. I can typically have retunes back to you in a couple hours after you send me logs. I offer free retunes with new mods for as long as you own the vehicle. I have tuned a few of the older 350s with 411PCMs so I feel pretty good about them. The wideband would certainly help with WOT fueling, but since you dont have a power adder it is not strictly required (but recommend of course). Shoot me a PM or email at AtomicFandP@gmail.com if you are interested.

How is the idle on the Hot cam? Planning on using it in a 383 Vortec build for my 97 truck.

I have the Lunati Bare Bones version with 1.6 roller rockers in my Express. Idle is pretty smooth at 750 rpm. Idle vacuum is only about 13-14 in/hg in drive and drops a bit more in gear with the A/C on. With my experience this cam in a F-car with a vacuum booster you will notice a much firmer brake pedal. Was not an issue in my Express van due to it having hydroboost. I would use a stock 4.3 converter at a minimum with that cam. I had the stock GM 300 hp marine cam in mine prior and noticed almost no loss in torque at the converter stall speed around 2,200-2,300 but I am running 4.56s with a 29" tall tire. I am about to swap from the marine intake to the proflow intake, not sure how the torque curve will change but it should breathe alot better with the forward facing 90mm throttle body and large open plenum.
