What's difference between ls 241 - ls 799 heads

Default What's difference between ls 241 - ls 799 heads
I blew head gasket on my 2007 Tahoe a friend had set 241 heads cause my cracked so got the 241 redone then installed but now I have oil coming out of all 8 exhaust ports any help very appreciated

Can you elaborate on "redone". Sounds like you're missing valve stem seals.

New valve seats polished told me they were redoing heads completely someone told me maybe oil port bigger idk for sure
