What do you guy's use as for spark plug ?

I was wondering , in a gen 3/4 , what do you guy's use. I've always use delco in a GM but they might be a better plug that I'm not aware of ?

Stock plugs are the best plugs for stock engines.

I only use AC delco plugs on stock vehicles.

When modded that is a different story.
