Weird sound when shut off engine?

I listened to some videos online of trucks with bad converters and, I agree, mine kind of sounds like that. But I listened near the bell housing and didn't really hear the sound from there. Sounds like it's coming from higher up.

Make sure the crank bolt is tighten. The damper maybe spinning or bad. Remove belt first for sure.

I think its from the throttle body. Pull it off and see if u have alot of build up around the blade. You may try slowly opening and closing it before u pull it off to look at it.
