Default truck runnig hot

I have an 04 Silverado. Changed the coolant, thermostat and hoses. about a month or so ago. well know when I let it idle with the A/C on the temp. climbs up 215 to like 233. what does everyone think it could be? I was thinking it was my fan clutch ,might be switching to e fans. what size and where can I get the whole kit with everything.

With the engine off, try spinning it. It should spin with a little resistance. If it is really hard to turn or spins freely, it is probably worn.

I have always used the following method with good results:

Jack up the front of the truck

Remove radiator/overflow cap

Turn the truck on

Turn the heat on High

Let it run for 30 minutes or so

Add coolant as necessary
