Default Trading for a 2000 5.3 soon please help me out

Long story short trading my wagon for a 2000 GMC Sierra possibly this Thursday ,12/29, Short bed, Single cab, has a 2005 front end on it.

At the moment it has
Long tubes
6.0 Intake
ls2 cam
45# injectors from T.P.i (tuned on 93 octane)
Cat back
CAI (looks ebay)
Tubular A arms and drop springs (front)
c-notced and flip kit (rear)
- Built tranny w/ HD clutches and Circle D 2800 Stall, shift kit with Corvette servo
Tuned by Texas LS on 93 octane
- rear disc conversion
- 390 locking diff
- 2010 motor , interior, and diff

has 160k miles but it seems like the motor has been swapped.

is there anything i need to look for? dealing on craigslist you never really know if something has or hasn't been swapped unless you know what your looking for.

I noticed the 5.3 intake and the 6.0 intake looks very similar except for the EGR valve behind the throttle body.

Headers and cat back are pretty easy to spot.

any difference between the 5.3 in 2000 and 2010? that I should be able to see.

says it runs a 13.2 which imo is hauling butt in a truck.

please let me know any common problems these trucks have or something I need to look for.

Thanks,
Matt

1 problem I'm having is, if you have alot of money in a truck , why the ebay cai?

I'm not a fan of buying modded vehicles unless I know the person I was able to follow all the progress on like a forum here.

The 2010 engine block will have the knock sensors on the side of the engine down low and the cam sensor will be in the front cover. If someone did that full swap there will be a cam sensor harness running to the front cover.
