Default timing chain sprocket removal

Without the proper puller for this any other options that yall know of I can do to get the stock timing chain sprocket off the crank? I have read some online that people use teh three jaw puller for the balancer to get it off as well. Some say they got it off by hand (not sure about that). thanks

if you can get a good grip on it, I don't see why a 3 jaw puller wouldn't work. put a bolt in the crank so you don't risk damaging the threads.

I never had good luck with the 3 jaw pullers.

I got the tool that I posted an image of in this link. It takes the balancer off in seconds.

You have to use a 5-ton 3 jaw puller. The smaller pullers don't stay latched onto the gear.
