Did you replace your motor mounts?

Are new engine mounts a requirement with these particular headers or any brand header? Do these just fit poorly?

I've been reading about them and I've seen a few guys having problems with the fit and then when they replacedo the mounts they fit good. The mount will slightly collapse over time so that may be your issue.

Either the stock engine mounts collapse a **** load or they didn't put too much thought in the r&d process. Pretty lousy excuse for any company IMO. I wonder what happens when the new engine mounts eventually collapse, like the originals.

Yes, brand new motor mounts, the driverside header is hitting the bolt heads for the yoke for the front differential, and the y pipe is hitting the driveshaft. There is less than an 1/8" clearance between the y and the transmission pan on the pass side.

All in all, I think if you have a 2wd you could run them...

Man that sucks. I haven't made my mind up yet Ifigured I'm gonna do turbo or not so that's the only reason I haven't made the purchase yet. But looks like I will be purchasing from someone else.

Wtf!? They advertise as fitting 2wd and 4wd. I just bought some last week but have yet to install them. I will lose it if they don't fit.
