1st gen right side header had O2 bung pointing up. mine are like that also, hits the heat shield under cab.

SpdEng, guy clearly referencing the latest batch of headers, not the first gen.

might have been sent 1st gen by accident, call them. always had excellent support when I talked to them. might be able to swap.

01ssreda4: The picture you took is of our 07-13 model headers not our 99-06. Our 07-13 headers do have the O2 bung pointing up on the passenger side. If you have a 99-06 vehicle the O2 bung would definitely hit the cab with those headers. Sounds like you might have ordered the wrong headers on accident. If not please pm us your full name, and we can look further into it for you.

Definitely didnt order the wrong ones. I was aware there was a change in the models.

So these should also fit an 03 Tahoe; reading of some fitment issues...those have been corrected it looks like?

yeah they should fit just might need to bang in one of the primaries where it hits the frame. Even after getting brand new oem motor mounts I still would have had to dent in one primary on the passenger side header for it to clear the frame . Driver side had no problems
