Okay i know it was just asked a couple post up, but I wanna clarify again.

I have some headers from my AWD 04 SS, is there any way they will fit an AWD 08 Denali?

I wanted to try test fitting them myself, but if you guys know for sure its a yes or no, then i wont bother even trying.

Our 99-06 headers will fit on the 2wd 07-13 trucks & suvs, however the 99-06 headers will not fit on the 4wd 07-13 trucks. The frame changes on the newer body truck with 4wd.

Thanks
Sean

I just installed a set of the 1 3/4 headers and y pipe for a customer. 01 GMC 4wd. The headers fit amazing. The y pipe not so much. The pipe is very close the the front drive shaft and will probably rub in the rear. The crossover was also super close to the transmission crossmember. Other then that they fit very good. Aside from the bolts supplied were a joke. But the customer has the true duel exhaust so I hope it fits better then the y pipe did. He is going to install that him self. Frame clearance on passenger side is great. Driver side clears the front u-joint strap bolts by 1/4 inch. I like them so much I will be replacing my tsp headers with these. For the money they seem great.

Thank you, ya we have a new 99-06 Y-Pipe in production that we designed to fit the 4L80E transmissions as well, at the same time we dropped the drivers side down some to give the 4wd guys more clearance. ETA on those is around spring time. It will also feature the same optional wideband O2 bung as our 07-13 Y-Pipe, and true dual x-pipe use.

Thanks

As for the driverside rocking into the steering shaft. That is caused from warn out motor mounts. Our headers usually have 3/4" of clearance between the shaft and the primary tube. The drivers side motor mount takes majority of the engine load and wears out much faster than the passenger side causing the engine to rock left into the steering shaft. New motor mounts will correct that issue.

Nope, try again. The passenger o2 faces UP! And hits the firewall.
