Default Which spark plug?

I was wondering how I could reduce my spark knock I currently run 41-962 AC delco would running lower temp plugs help and if so which one? The only way I can get it to quit is running 93 octane. I have had a spark knock with my old motor and now my new one but not near as bad. I should have told my tuner when I got my tune but forgot.

We don't have any idea what you drive and the setup on it, so it's hard to suggest plugs.

Reducing timing is a better way to remove spark knock.

Well I was wondering if something simple like a spark plug would help instead of paying 40 cent more per gallon

You still never said if the engine was all stock or not.

I'd work with the tune to bring spark knock down and just run mid grade fuel. I barely get knock on 89 octane with factory 41-110 plugs.

The old motor was stock. The new motor has a 212/218 cam and longtubes the Turner did ask what octane I would be running and I said 87

Sounds like you need a new tuner.....

Has some timing out or add tr6 ot TR55 and run 93
Your making it a performance truck. Why wouldnt you run the best fuel you can get? I ran 91 before i even added a performanc part to my truck. Just got that piece of mind.
