It depends on what kind of driving experience you want and how much power you are shooting for and how much you want to spend. The TVS magnachargers are also popular. Never heard of torqstorm.

ya i never heard of them until today when a coworker said something about them. as far as power i wanna be in the 500 range at the wheels. are the magnachargers the magnunson (ya spelled it wrong prolly lol) superchargers ive been seen on like jegs and summit, or is that something different? Im leaning towards procharger for a few reasons....from what ive seen they make good power....and they have a proven track record.....and they are here locally in kansas about 10-15 minutes from me. on a side note, it is my DD that i would play with every now and then on the streets, maybe going to a track once in a while, and spray no more than a 100 shot through it along with the blower for a "money" race.

Prochargers will be better track performers if you go for the D1 over the P1, but the roots/screw blowers will be more fun stop light to stop light and off idle.

I am biased... I love the positive displacement blowers.

I don't have a whipple, I have a magnacharger. I am also biased there. I think the truck TVS2300 is probably your best option for a bolt on supercharger system.

Is the whipple and magna the same type of supercharger?
