Default Rod and main bearings?

I am going through my lq4 to freshen it up while I swap a few parts on, what are the best main and rod bearings to run for boost?

Standard stock replacements will do fine.

Or if the ones on your motor look great, just run them.

When you guys say stock replacements, is it GM?

Are you using GM bearings or stock sized replacement from another brand? Do you guys have part numbers/links to rods and main bearings?
