Default Rear-End off center?

I have a 2000 Silverado, and its lowered 4/6 DJM. The problem I am running into is that on the passanger side of my truck the tire sticks out a little bit. And on the driver side it trucks in there very well. I was wondering if anyone knew of the rear end being offset or anything like this?

I've lowered four trucks 4\6 with DJM,two of them being my own and they all had the same problem.I don't know if it is the DJM kit or if it is something to do with Chevy's suspension.

thats funny i looked at my truck for like 30 min. after i lowered it wondering what the hell. but did not know if it was like that before because you do not pay that much attention. but after you lower it you look at it good and make sure everything is correct and notice that but i dont know.

I still have the stock suspension on my 02 RC 2wd. I'll take some measurements when I get home this afternoon and see if it's off-center.

Could the spring hangers be the culprit? I don't know much about air bag suspensions, does that get rid of the leaf springs and use control arms to locate the axle? If so, you might could have the spring perches for the air bag set to position the axle correctly. Maybe a truck suspension guru can chime in here to either confirm or correct me.

My truck is body dropped on bags and it does the same thing because of the pan hard bar- but only when i put alot of pressure in the bags. When I have about 90psi or less you can't tell because the pan hard bar becomes more parallel to the ground again doing its job. Do you have a pan hard bar? If so is it adjustable?

You are not alone with the passenger rear tire sticking out. I posted once about it, and someone else posted not too long ago(I could not get the search to work or I would give the posts to reference). Mine was noticed when I dropped it 2/4 and put on wide wheels. I put it back stock over warranty and it was still shifted. It is now lower again and is still shifted. I have tried to measure everything(axle, shackles, hangers, etc.) and found nothing . The only thing left is put in poly bushings in the springs but I can't find them for our new body trucks.

I just remembered something. About 4 years ago I bought a 2/4 or 3/4 kit for my 98 s10 from DJM. I had it installed and my truck would barely even drive. The 'front' part of the kit ended up being for a 6 inch drop so my truck looked messed up and i couldn't even drive over a near flush man hole without the tires rubbing. To make a long story short I had alot of problems, was not happy, and my truck leaned as if it was one inch lower on the drivers side(even with no one inside). I then decided to demand Belltech or bags.

FYI

I just measured my truck with the stock suspension and the passenger side sits about 1/2" out wider.

Hey, my truck is lowered 2 inches in rear and I notice it too, I also have a lean, drivers side lower about 3/4 inch, in the front and that is with an 1/8 tank of gas and no driver. ???
