Just disconnect battery and pull the tb off and clean it good on both sides and you can also see if there is any oil in your intake manifold.

I'm going to try to clean both sides as best as I can and hope it works but I doubt it's anything intake manifold related, I had the gasket replaced 10,000 miles ago along with the knock sensors

Well what's the procedure to make it relearn? Or just disconnect the battery?

Thats the hole, and he is wrong. Observe.

Wide open hole, no valve or anything. This is your fresh air source for your PCV system, it has its own chamber in the manifold that it going into then into the hose from there to the valve cover. Idle is controlled by the blade. These pics are from my stock intake and TB, I just took them.

TB part number for good measure.

I did some more research and found out there might be a pcm update for this after you clean it. there doesn't appear for the year you have to be an idle relearn procedure that I can find the closest thing you can do its globally reset it fancy term for disconnect battery for 10 mins so if you get it all done and it doesn't help there is probably a pcm update to correct it theres a tsb for that.

Let it idle for a couple min in Park, then put it in gear and let it idle with the break applied for a couple min. This will expedite the relearn of the idle trims.

If it was only a little then it is most likely trapped in that chamber. Removed the TB and clean out that little section.

Will do, just pull it off and put a paper towel into that chamber to soak it up?
