Default problems after cam swap help

Hello, I have an 07 nnbs crew cab with a 5.3 with dod delete, btr stage 3 cam,new tr55 plugs, and lt headers.Mail order tune was done by pcm of nc. So here's my issue, truck idles fine, but as soon as i step on it it wants to spit and sputter. If i take my time, and ease on the gas i can drive it with no problem. It did have 2 o2 sensor codes for bank 1 and 2 lean which i erased. any help is greatly appreciated.

I'd only be guessing really.

A scan or data log of the issue would go a long way. You could see so many things going on from MAF/MAP readings to o2 sensors and fuel trims and misfires.

Id call pcm of nc and see what they say, but sounds like a lack of fuel... Again guessing!!!

I was also thinking it could be a fuel problem, but i dont have to floor it, to make it sputter. Just a slight push and it will do it. But i will be giving them a call in the am to see what they have say.
