Default Please help me spec a low-lift cam for an N/A 5.3!

Every time I think I know what cam I want I change my mind so I need some help. 05 silverado ecsb 4x4.
-5.3 l59 flex fuel
-706 heads
-3.42 gears
-tci streetfighter 3200 stall
-lpp long tubes to ory
-stock exhaust with single flowmaster 10 series welded in
-diablesport trinity tuner with diablew tune

I already have a matched set of ls9 springs from lingenfelter (good to .580 lift). Also have hardened chromoly 7.4 pushrods from tsp. I want a low lift cam that will work safely with the ls9 springs bc I have the ls9's already and because I want to avoid excessive valvetrain wear. This truck is my daily and it will remain n/a.

Want something that will work well with these 706 heads. The cam and supporting mods will be the last of performance mods in the truck since it's my daily.

Some cams I'm curious about:
-Howard's grind of the GM ASA cam 226/236 .525/.525 110 lsa
-Howard's grind of the GM Hot cam 219/228 .525/.525 112 lsa
-Vinci "The Beast" 228/232 .551/.551 112 lsa
-Lingenfelter gt2-5 222/222 .556/.556 112 lsa
Lunati Voodoo 222/228 .567/.567 113 lsa

Any input is appreciated, thank you

why do you say the voodoo? I like the specs on it a lot, but I'm not familiar with what lobes they use. Will .567 lift be cutting it too close with ls9 springs? I definitely think I'll get the most power from that cam.

I dyno'd my truck a few months ago just for fun because a local dealership had a dyno day. 252 hp 333 tq to the wheels on a dynojet with longtubes, airraid intake tube, drop in filter, and an 87 octane tune from diablew. I'd like to make close to 330 hp with a new cam and 93 octane tune

youll see in my sig my cam. I went with lunati and was extremely happy with the sound and power. lost alot of low end torque with my cam but once i put a circle D 3200 in my truck runs like a rapped ape. the power comes in right around 3000 rpms. im putting on 243 heads milled .040 just to get back some more oompf i lost.

thanks gm_devil. It's hard to find any info on these lower lift cams bc everyone always wants the most possible lift. Those specs on your lunati look pretty nice, too. I just like the idea of a split duration for n/a plus I like the sound with the split. Ever have your truck on the dyno to see what kind of power you picked up from the cam? or run it at the track?

All of those cams OP listed are too large imo. Go with something in the 210s duration.

Biggest I'd go is a low lift cam similar to the Texas speed 220. Anything more will hurt bottom more than the 3200 will allow for.
