Default PCM / harness compatibility question

I have a 04 truck I'm working on....it has an older 6.0/TH400 in it now and is getting a MP112 on top....the truck was an abandoned project I took on so I got a mixture of parts I've nearly sorted all through.

The engine harness is a red/blue connector harness, meaning 99-02, and the truck is originally a blue/green 03+ harness/pcm application. If I get an older pcm, like from a 2002, will everything work? Or do I need to get a blue/green pcm and a new harness? The harness I have has a few cut connectors, so if I have to repin it to make it work, I'd rather just get a different harness.

Thanks

The 99-02 the ac and alot of other options(ie fog lights) ran through the pcm, wheras there were separate modules for most everything starting in 03. Best to go with what was supposed to be there to begin with as far as the harness/pcm are concerned!!
