older truck running new style 6.2 catback?
After working for Cadillac for a few years, I noticed the new Escalades have a pretty amazing looking stock exhaust system(the 6.2 versions).... I was wanting to adapt that to my 5.3 tahoe. I know I would loose some bottom end torque possibly but, it would be pretty efficient I would think plus work well with my turbo plans.
Anyone do this? Retrofit a new truck/escalade exhaust in an older truck(07)???

Basically, what I have is the stock inlet for the muffler PIPE.....and the tail pipe with resonator, off an escalade(08-10 escalade). I'm probably gonna buy the magnaflow 12909 muffler and use the stock escalade exhaust tip/resonator for now.....then when I am caught up with everything, I wanna incorporate twin exit rear system...also like the 2012 escalades since I have some exhaust tips laying around from a corvette project.
