Oil pressure at oil filter. Messy oil changes!

That being said, the oil change was the only easy maintenance item on that car. Everything else was stupid complicated and expensive. That's why its been replaced with a Grand Cherokee Overland 5.7 Hemi. Which has a 45 degree mounted filter, also a ****** mess.

Years ago when my wife bought her first car, it was a PT Cruiser.
For the next 36k, the dealer changed the oil (was part of the promo "we'll pay for the oil changes for the next 3yr/36k).
After the last oil change, I decided I would start doing them. I rolled that little bastard up some ramps, crawled under it and tried to take out the oil plug.
Didn't go so well. I found myself replacing the oil pan.
After I changed the pan out, my neighbor asked if he could try it. I said sure. It took about 5 hits from an air chisel to break the fking drain plug loose.
I was so pissed.
