Default Need help with LS6 intake swap

Im sure this subject has been beaten into the ground but Im performing a LS6 intake swap onto a 5.3. Ive done the search thing and found some help and great pics but what Im looking for is if someone on here knows how to or just plain makes the idler pulley relocation bracket I need.

I noticed through searching that Speartech used to manufacture one but apparently no longer sell it and I do not have the tools to fabricate my own.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Im well versed in the LS1 game but fairly new to the truck scene.

Thanks!

Unless you're running up to 6600 RPMs or higher with a big cam, good heads, and a high stall and 4.10s I wouldn't recommend it.

I'd hold off on the LS6 intake. There is a new LSx intake from a company in Australia that's claiming 30hp/30tq over the ls6 intake. I think it's about $650 msrp. There's a thread on it over on LS1tech

Here is what I did.

Buy a longer bolt and use a spacer to get the proper alignment.
