max overbore on 6.0L
what is the max you can overbore cylinders on the 6.0 L block???
found me a cheap shortblock with a couple bad cylinders and pistons....
another project and I aint even done with the current one

.030 easily, .060 sonic'd, .090 if you're REALLY brave, and there was a couple of guys on another board that have supposedly gone .125 (supposedly the walls on the early '99-'00 blocks are thick enough to do it) but it's awfully hard to believe because the walls would be paper thin between cylinders......but at .125 over with a 4.125" stroke crank you'd get 454cid !!!

Jeez, .125 is a whole lot for a 6.0L block. I've heard of .080" on a 6.0L but, never more than that. You're right those guys are brave.
.125" over with a 4.125" stroke is only a 441" though.
