Default LY6 wrist pins and pistons

where can I get wrist pin bushings for this motor? They are the full floaters. The local GM dealer says they only come assembled with the rods. Summit Racing shows a set of seal power 4514Y bushings but shows the application year ending in 2006 which would be the earlier gen III motors and they are pressed in...I believe. Surely I would not have to buy a new rod just to get bushings...???
As far as pistons, I am running a cam that has an intake lift of .558 and exhaust of .563. Can I run flat top pistons without valve relief cut outs?

Thanks
