Default LSA supercharger projet on my 02 RCSB 5.3L, need info/advice

A friend ( who happens to work at a Cadillac dealer) Gave me a '10 CTS-V supercharger in excange for a 26 o.z. I'm thinking of bolting the Supercharger to my 02 5.3L. I've read 67GOATMAN455 thread but is truck is a little different. Here is what I know:

I have to get plates to bolt it on my cathedrale port Head
I need to pin the crank shaft
I need to get a stock cooler ( 369$ on ebay)
I need to build a cooling systeme ( pump and radiator)
I need oem EV6 injector rated a 56pounds
I need a new 400lph walbro pump

now I need to know :
What belt drive systeme would work on my truck for the supercharger ( cheapest )
What fuel rail to use?
What throttle body would work ( it's a four bolt but I'm cable opperated)
Would the stock truck TB fit/work on the supercharger with an adapter plate ?
How much does the cooling pump needs to flow ? Can the pump be switched to on or does it need to run on a thermostat ?
Will my stock wiring and ECU be plentyfull (assuming I need a tune) or I need to upgrade

The truck is not a daily, it's in storage for the winter, the plan is to get the supercharger setup working before spring !!

any help is greatly appreciated !!!

Jesse Olson makes the spacers, fabb'd fuel rails, and the belt adapter - look him up on Facebook
LS Simple makes the belt adapters also

Your stock PMC will work
You can buy the heat exchanger for the Ford GT40 off of ebay, or take offs from CTSVOwners forum . . . they usually have stock injectors that pop up frequently
for the pump you can get a sealed marine pump, or again, a used CTSV pump off the forums
do the solid coupler in the front snout, that's why it was pulled in the first place
