Default LSA/CTS-v blower fit L96 6.0?

I can't find a straight answer anyplace. The L96 2011 up 6.0 Iron HD with VVT heads were "designed after" the LS6 head. They don't breathe like an LS3 head but have good mid lift flow for torque blah blah. Anyone know for certain what the port shape is? I know the Eaton blowers are made for LS3 style square ports. Trying to find out if the blower would work or I would need a head swap as well. Going that far in I may just build a 408 with AFR heads.

They are square ports.

Yep, same port as the LS3. Basically LS3 heads with heavier valves.

Cool thanks guys. So this would mean the LSA Blower and Manifold should mate up? I have a buddy who swapped the stock setup out with low mileage on his CTS_V2 and will sell the factory parts to me cheap enough. Next up is figuring out the pullies etc.

I have done a bit of tuning on it with EFI Live. Increased mileage and drivability quite a bit for just crusing around town. Added some timing to the High Octane tables etc. If anyone knows the answer the question I have is which way does the IAT Spark table work. Example the higher the number = less total timing based on IAT? Oddly the trans shift speeds (speed in which the gear changes take place) you increase the # Nm to decrease the shift time, yet in other tables you subtract to obtain the result. I wish EFI Live had placed an indicator note on each table letting you know which direction does what. My city mileage is now 13.5 from 9.3 and highway is 19.5 if I remain under 80Mph. Used to be 13.3 doing 75 no matter what. 2013 2500 HD 6.0 Ext Cab Longbed 2whl drive 3.73 stock tire size.

The IAT spark timing table is an adder, it adds to the total timing....for high temps you want to decrease timing, therefore the numbers in the IAT table should be negative for the high temperatures.

For the shifts, its based on throttle and gear. For a specific TPS and gear, if you increase the number the upshift will happen later.

The downshifts are similar, but you want to downshift when the throttle increase, so it will be like the upshift table just shifted to the right. For a given TPS and gear, the upshift speed has to be greater than the downshift speed, otherwise it will never upshift.

Atomic thanks for the info! Yes agreed on the trans tables I got that dialed in last week. I just wasn't 100% certain on the IAT map.

Still trying to pinpoint where the torque reduction in this HD ECM is at.
There aren't tables I can find that mention shaft torque or any of that type of stuff.
I do have a torque per gear table in the TCM but I don't think that affects the shift and shift completed power level.
