Everybody is stuck on the muffler. I am with Pat, let's hear it and then start posting theories.

I went with misfires first or engine problems, but he said it runs great. Thats why I went to the exhaust.

The flap masters do that. like there sucking air back in. I cut the hack flapmaster one on mine off and put a complete Magnaflow cat back and the issue went away.

Yeah, I guess. Mine ran pretty bad (real bad) when it was popping from a broken outer valve spring.

Tried uploading video. Short under 60 sec. File is too big. What's the secret to making it small enough to load?

You have to use photobucket or youtube. Or similar sharing website.

You can't upload a video straight from your computer.

Umm, can you post a video of it accelerating or something under load? That video doesn't really give much to listen too. Like Mike mentioned above I have also seen weak valve springs cause all kinds of things. Not that its that but without hearing it I would just be guessing without any reason.

Cannot get the sound I hear to come through on video enough to be worth posting. Currently i have a 2 into 1 collector 3" back to a 4x9 magnaflow. I'm just going to cut it all off and do dual 3". What's the best sounding muffler for an lq9. I dont mind loud as long as it sounds good.. opinions please. Or even sound clips if you have them... no cats on mine not requires where I live.
