Default Lq4 swap

Hey guys, I am new here but have been around ls1tech for awhile. I have read many threads on different cams and set ups but I still have concerns. I am swapping a 93k miles lq4 into my 05 CC z71. The truck is stock at the moment and it will remain my daily driver. I don't tow a whole lot and when I do it's a small utility trailer. I want to swap a decent cam into the motor that will work with ls6 springs since I already have a set. I do not want to put headers on the truck and I am planning on a TB stall converter. I have seen people say not to go over a 210 .525 lift cam to others who suggest a 220-220. I'm not new to caming ls motors but I have never had an automatic. So what is the biggest cam that will deliver the best power and work well with a stock exhaust system and tb stall convertor? Sorry for the long post.
