I had a noise exactly like that on my truck. Started thinking to myself that my little 200k mile 5.3 was giving up .... It was a loose spark plug wire connection at the plug. No BS. The truck ran fine, had good oil pressure, etc but had that random ticking. Of course you've torn down everything already lol

Sure sounds like a smoked rod bearing to me. Noise sounds to me to be 1 cylinder/rod is tapping. This is exactly what my 5.3 sounded like when I spun a rod bearing.not as loud under pressure, as soon as you lift, tapping gets louder. Best of luck. I hope I'm wrong.
