Thanks 1FastBrick, i keep beating my head of the wall with the whole piston above or below deck thing. Just couldn't visualize it in my head until i looked at my feeler gauge and the light bulb lit up. for some reason i had 16th's, 32nd's, and 64's of a tape measure stuck up there. I hopefully gonna aim for between 10 to 10.5 compression with a 0.035 and 0.045 quench. I guess I have to wait and see what the machine shop has to say. trying to come up with a few different options.
