Default Im out of ideas and need help

So during the summer I rebuilt the engine with a tsp 224r and everything else stock in my tahoe. At the time I wasnt thinking and got a mail order tune. I got it running and it ran good for about a month. Then it threw a throttle postion sensor code and started to run rough. It would surge while coming to a stop while in reverse. I replaced the tps and the plug. Problem didnt go away. Then i got a o2 sensor code. At this time the engine started to run ever rougher. It would surge on start up and then even out. It surges and stalls after revving the engine. It has since been retired since i needed a reliable daily. Recently i deleted the tune in hopes it would magically fix the problem. I checked for vacuum leaks. Checked the grounds and the wiring harness. Im running out of ideas so if anyone has had a similar problem. Any advice will help.
Thanks, Bryan

Verify the cells at and around idle speed are near 21 or 22 degrees.
Set idle speed up a bit, 750 to 800 initially.
Try bumping the base running airflow up by 10 or 12 percent.
Check for intake manifold leaks, or cracked plastic port plug on intake manifold.

Throwing parts at a problem is not a good way of fixing things.

How about telling us what year your Tahoe is?
