Default I need a little advice guys!!

So I have been doing a whole lot of reserch I've Google serched this forum in paticular cause I have a 5.3. So here it goes I'm building me a g body cutlass with a 5.3lm7/4l80e I have. The plan is to slap in the motor get my car back on the road and then work out kinks and throw on a turbo kit on it after about 6mo-year. That being said I would like a fun na car in the mean time. So this was a budget setup I came up with to get car running and on raod. I'm hoping this will satisfy me in the mean time! If I were to have a goal I would say 340-350rwhp but as long as she feels strong it will make me happy.

5.3/stock 706 heads shaved to Bump compression.
Ls6 intake,rail,injectors
Stock ported tb
Tfs 220/224 .575 lift cam (have not purchased yet)
278 circle d hp 3200stall(have not purchased yet)
8.8 ford 3.73 gears

So this will b my budget combo for my 5.3 in my cutlass. Will this be a a strong ride? Once ready for turbo 799heads will go on with custom grind cam. So I'm just looking for a good cam to run na meantime. I was even considering sending heads to tsp for stage 2.5 job but then I said to myself this is suppose to be budget friendly till turbo is ready. But I still may pull the trigger on them lol. Well guys is this a good moderate cam and stall? Thank in advance for opinion

Make sure those 706s arent castechs before you get too far into those heads....

Yea I read about that somewhere. The heads were just a thought but I think I will just mill heads a little sence I'm going to get 799 heads when I put turbo on. Just wondering if this "budget build" would work good together to get her running again. That cam in a 5.3 is not pushing the circle d converter to its limits? Would be nice for a lighter g body car? I think I might just order it

Shouldnt be, that stall shoukd be perfect for it running similar cam in my 99 at moment and need a 3000-3200 stall... If youre gonna run 799s why not save hassle of the 706 and go ahead and get them on while you have the engine apart...

I have thought about that, but I thought it be better to run shaved 706 to try and bump to 10:1? Then to throw 799 heads on it now and drop compression. I was thinking 799 heads with turbo would be perfect to keep my compression good? I even have some flat tops from a 4.8 I was gonna throw in real quick but I think I decided not to pull pistons sence ima boost it anyways
