For over 427 cubes and boost look for 2.125 primaries minimal ....they will be custom

That's why I made the short turn downs off the headers for max effort. The 10.93 pass last year was through full exhaust though(no cats, shifting at 5600).

Lucky if these ARH's are 2.5" ID at the neck of the collectors.

While I agree with George about the collectors being too small for you, you can't think of these as a 2.5" collector. That design actually increases velocity as the pipes merge and flows better than something thats just straight 3".

There's a reason some of the better Y pipes out there have this shape:

Eh, well, that wont always help. Its a converging diverging nozzle, works fine to increase velocity as long as the flow doesnt start to choke at the throat causing excessive backpressure.

Those types of merges help with scavenging. No need for that anywhere in a system with a blower. The bigger the better.
