Default Gen IV oil pan on Gen III.

I've got a oil pan from a L76. It has a oil level sensor. But it's from a DoD engine. Will it work on my Gen III engine?

I figured that much, lol. But there is a check valve or something by the filter on the DoD pan.

yes there is and its what causes the gen4 motors to read low oil psi
