Default Few ideas on rebuilding a 76 longbed

I have a 1976 gmc c15 and rebuilding it from scratch. https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...newthread&f=21

My first suggestion is a sbc 383 stroker from white performance based out of Tennessee. SBC 383 STROKER ENGINE WITH NEW DESIGN HEADS 481 HP

My second suggestion is another sbc 383 stroker, but this guy is based in washington. http://www.ebay.com/itm/383-STROKER-MOTOR-505HP-ROLLER-TURN-KEY-PRO-STREET-CHEVY-CRATE-ENGINE-SBC-CNC-/271890866029?hash=item3f4df55f6d&vxp=mtr

The first engine produces 481 hp and 451 pounds of torque. The second engine produces 505 hp, I dont know how much torque. Both engines are turn key, street motors. Ive already decided on a 4l80E transmission from monster transmissions. 4L80E Transmission 2WD, 4L80E, 4L80-E, 4L80, Heavy Duty 4L80E, Rebuild 4L80E, Monster 4L80E Transmission, 4L80E Free Shipping

If anyone has any other ideas for me, please let me know. Im open for suggestions.
