exhaust help

Default exhaust help

03 silverado single cab ls2 swap about to be completed cam ported heads pacesetters long tubes 1 7/8s friends tell me to do a true dual exhaust 3" front to back others say do Y and 3" because LS motors need back pressure undecided which route to go and where i should put the tail pipes! any help or suggestions would be great

Single 3" is plenty big enough for that.

I did a single 3.5" off of a 3" Y pipe on my Lq9. Works great!

Default duals

true 2.5 with an X pipe works good for my 5.3
no bottom end loss at all

What would happen with 3 inch dualled all the way out and catless?

Could this result in big oil consumption?
