Default Electric Exhaust Cutouts

Looking to but some Cutouts for my 2003 chevy silverado. I have e true dual exhaust but the previous owner put Flowmaster mufflers instead of straight throughs. Flowmaster sound great but the ones on the truck aren't designed for perfomance. Instead of cutting them out I thought I would just have electric Cutouts installed. Looking on ebay and I'm not sure what to buy. Any suggestions?

DMH was the best last time I had a cutout. that's been at least 5 years ago now. there may be a better cutout now days. I decided to just start installing large exhaust so I didn't have to jack with things like cutouts.

Every Flowmaster muffler is designed for performance, however it is important to be sure that you have the correct series and size of Flowmaster muffler for your vehicle application and performance goals.

If you would like help finding the right Flowmaster muffler for your vehicle application and performance needs, give us a call at 707-544-4761.

I have Flowmasters now, but the inlet and outlet are offset so I know the performance from them isn't as good as straight through mufflers. Which is why I want to install Cutouts so I can keep the sound of the exhaust and open the Cutouts when I want more power. No one has a recommended system?

you want around 18" of pipe after your collector. you can stick on right behind a Y pipe.
