Headers got me 28 rwhp on my 6.0

To take care of the hump/wire clearance, I purchased MSD wires and a small roll of extra. I made the #3 wire longer so it would go around the pipe instead.

Its about 14 inches end to end and has plenty of clearance.

Is it a good idea to be lengthening one of the plug wires in relation to the other 7? I was just wondering on this... seems like the wire being several inches longer could possibly delay the fire to that cylinder. Obviously doesn't matter on older carb'd motors because each wire is a different length but these motors are quite a bit more sensitive... hmmm

People relocate coils and have had no problems with the wiring being old school.

Here's some I just took a half hour ago. They've lost that fake chrome look (which I didn't like too much anyway) and look like "real" stainless steel now.

Don't mind the crud, I work in a steel mill so my truck (and exhaust) is not "show worthy" , lol. But they look better in person, IMO.
