It's going in a 6.0 with ported heads, headers, T56 Manual Trans, twin disk clutch and 5.13 rear end gears. Any potential loss of torque won't be noticed at all with these gears.

Ive been in a heavy crewcab 6.0 with a 228/232 and it was great.

I wouldn't be to worried about DD that setup. those gears and the manual will really help.
I am sure my truck is heavier then yours and my truck has no problem being DD and it moves pretty well too

oh yeah and the ford thing doesn't really bother me. lol

Eh, the Ford ad annoyed me so I blocked it. Now my GM forums are free from the Ford infestation lol.

I blocked the code that loads the advertisement threads. Since it's different from regular threads I can do this without blocking the whole forum.

It's blocking the Porsche advertisement now.
