Comp XR275HR + GM Blue springs...
#2
Summit advertises the max lift for those springs at .570 with 90lbs of seat pressure at 1.8 inches. My machine shop would not let me use them. They only had 85lbs of seat pressure when they installed them and my cam is smaller than yours with max lift .532. I trust my machine shop, and a lot of the Oklahoma racers from street outlaws use them (Boyd's Racing Engines) so I would say that they are trustworthy. Get some stronger springs, you'll sleep better at night.

Launching!
I am pretty sure Comp recommends at least 130 lbs seat pressure and 300 lbs open at the minimum on their cams. Which would be PAC 1218's or Comp 918's territory. But I have seen people run the Blue Springs on the comp XR259 and XR265 low lift cams and works fine. The lift on your cam is really close to the max lift on the Blue Springs and honestly it would be best to step up to at least PAC 1218 Beehives.
