I have the GMC Sierra version. It is option package B4V. It is a very limited production, available in only a few states. Production is supposedly less than 3000 total across both GM lines for 2004. I believe there are plans for greater production and availability for 2005.

Here is a thread on silveradoss.com on this very topic:

You can also search this site for "Vortec High Output" or "Vortec HO".

My SS option package is B4U, which I thought was a sweet choice.

I saw a Sierra one at a used truck lot here in town. I may go check it out and see what they are asking.

I also have one and love it. I never thought I would stray away from a regular cab but now I ride in a lot more comforat and keep the regular cab in the garage for my wife to drive.

what are these trucks running on price. i'll bet there aren't too many incentives on the '05 models yet. do these include the 4l60e or the 4l80?

I don't think the '05s are out yet. I read that they were to begin production in November.
