The solenoid (on the intake), charcoal cannister and the evap vent solenoid valve (by the gas tank) may have to be replaced in order to fix this.
What happens is, the charcoal inside the canister becomes dislodge and gets into the lines, clogging the lines up.
It's a PITA to troubleshoot/fix.

99.9% of the time, this is caused by overfilling the fuel tank, aka, topping off the fuel tank, rounding up to the nearest dollar.
