Ive saw my share of them broke, similar to 97-98 Ls1s...junk

My 05 LQ4 6.0 had the better cracked rods, It was sold to me as an LQ9 so the guy thought because of the rods, but when I pulled the heads I def had the dished pistons.

What failed? Crank? Rod? Pistons break? It can't all be junk.

They dont like rpm or power

If you insist on keeping stock rods and pistons get a GEN IV.

Sold the t56 and picked up a 4l80e for a core or to be built. Been looking at Monster for the trans. Thinking about the 750hp/700ftlb setup. Any other recommendations? Shopping for a forged rotating assembly as well.

Heard bad things about monster.... Heard good things about a few of the sponsors on here.... Im sure one will step up and give you some advice or set you in right direction.... I personally vote for build it yourself..
