Default Can't make a decision on which engine to use

The truck is an 03 ext cab with a t56. I have a on3 kit with their 76mm turbo, Tick performance stage 2 turbo cam for 4.8/5.3, and a set of cnc ported 799 heads with btr springs and Manley extreme duty valves. My plan was to toss everything at the stock 195,000 mile short block. My engine builder talked me into freshening up the 4.8. In the mean time I picked up a couple 5.3's and a 2000 6.0. I'm trying to avoid spending $2,500 on a forged rotating assembly for the 6.0. So now I can't decide if I should just rebuild the 6.0, or rebuild one of the 5.3's with 4.8 Pistons. Any opinions are appreciated. I'm willing to swap to a more suitable cam for the 6.0. And I'm aware that the 6.0 would need a different crank in order to work with the ls1 t56. Thanks in advance.

No way in hell id use a t56 in a ext cab with boost. Ive spent more money on a t56 to handle weight and power then a good auto

Dont say it will be fun, stiff clutches arent fun, breaking plastic clutch pedals like its your job isnt fun, bowing your firewall cause of everything pissed me **** off

A stock or near stock t56 will never hold up, i was 4700 raceweight

Cost of what my last t56 costed with just 1 clutch with new aftermarket master cylinder i could of had a rossler terminator 5 with neil chance converter...stil have money left over to pay for summer of racing

Thats not counting the wasted money on other clutches or trans or countless clutch pedals

Did forget to mention....the ET loss from a stick...before you say drivermod...watch any of my youtube videos youll see driver mod was intact.....no lift shifts

Scratch the whole t56 with boost in a extra cab

Yes scattered a liberty t56 with a NA 408 back in 2007
My truck was a t56 from 2007 to 2012 when took it off road after last track outing

T56 isnt meant for any kind of weight

So the t56 is getting sold. I will pick up a 4l80e. So how weak are the 2000 6.0 internals. Will it handle 6-700hp after a good rebuild? Obviously with good tuning.

What is the major difference between a 2000 and a 01 and newer then. I did some research and it appears to be identical except for the crank. Am I completely wrong? Either way I got a good deal on the complete engine. And if anything I can use the block.
