Vacuum & hard start like starter dragging or timing advanced a little too much

Get that new timing light and get that timing corrected before going any further. Its definitely got too much timing if it's hard to start when hot.

Yeah I was thinking 300'ish give or take, sometimes it's small things a person can look over several times & someone else can easy see or know how to correct it

Obviously the timing was too high, got my timing light on it & backed it back down, the dizzy has 22 degrees built in so I set it about 14 degrees idling, that's all I had time to do this evening,it started just fine after I cut it off,did that several times, had to run kids places this afternoon, didn't get a chance to fool with it anymore but I'll get with it in the morning, thanks for all the help
Will get back in the morning
