New lifters, measure push rods, valve springs, head gaskets, head bolts or studs. Good time to do new intake gaskets and new knock sensors if they have never been changed and look corroded.
You don't have to do a new oil pump, some do. If it still works great and no issues with oil pressure then it should be just fine. Stock chains all have slop, even new stock chains so don't be suprised by that.
I don't have any knowledge on that cam so I can't give my thoughts on if it's a good choice and if a stall converter will be wanted.

I have a 2002 with a 275 cam.
I built it with just the cam and beehive springs (ie I didn't pull the heads). Also have long tubes and CAI. Then I got a tune from a friend. Then I bought a 2800 stall converter.
With that cam and 4:56 gears I would say a stall converter is a must even with 33's. With my stock converter I had to really have my foot on the brake at stop lights etc. It is a lot better drivability and performance with the converter. Oh btw.....I love the cam, just enough lope to be drivable and still haul behind when you get on it.
