I do not know anything about the EFI you intend to use. I prefer FAST if I'm going to fool with EFI.

Contrary to how someone may have interpreted what I posted, I never said run big heads. You don't really need them. The Edelbrock heads will make plenty of power. I buy them bare, buy my own parts, and my cylinder head guy finishes them to suit my purpose, I do not buy "complete" heads, from anyone. I also did not say not to run Comp Cams stuff. The guys in the competition department are close friends of mine. I rarely buy "shelf" or "catalog" cams, they do my stuff custom for my purpose. What I did say was to use only their -9 steel billet roller cores for roller cams of any kind.

I said I use Comp Cams for trot line weights and felony said use big heads, which I agree with and at least 10:1 compression and they do well with close to 11:1 with aluminum heads on pump gas.
Go with 2.25 intake and 1.88 exhaust valves too.
