Boring a 5.3L to 4"

I just bored a 5.3 to a 3.898 (ls1) bore and sonic tested it and would not hesitate to go 3.95 but 4.00 is pushin it. 3.898 leaves room to go .030 and .060 over safely. I did feel like this block was a little heavier than usual. maybe 4.00 can be pulled off with some blocks
