Default best way for valve cover breathers to catch can?

I have a 2012 Silverado that's getting a 408 stroker with a f1a-94 procharger shooting for 800rwhp. What's the best way to vent the crank case pressure? Will the stock valve cover vents be enough if I run them to a catch can with 3/8" hose? And what would be better to run it vented to the atmosphere and smell a little oil which is fine by me or to run it back pcv to the intake manifold? Thanks guys!
