Default Best gasket setup for collectors

Ive had a bear of a time trying to get rid of exhaust leaks and backpressure issues. I think im finally got everything resolved except these collector gaskets that keep blowing out. I added an additional hanger to help with vibration and get rid of stress on the flange. I tried the paper gaskets and they are junk, tried metal and doesnt have enough thickness to seal properly, so now have a graphite or copper tribolt gasket and tube of rtv. Thoughts?

What method is tried and true because this is getting ******* annoying disabling my ltft's everytime i go to the track.

Flowmaster ball and socket collectors. Have ran them with zero leaks, hard part it breaking the seal after you put some miles on them. They seal that good!

V-Band is going on my next setup, because of the turbo. I have slip fit headers now and they dont leak at all, just a huge PITA to take off.

My Headman ball style collectors have been leak free and I've taken them apart a bunch of times too with no leaks afterwards.

Happy V-band owner here. I've heard great things about the ball joints also.
